Shoulder Pads
Shoulder pads are reinforced with 3" nylon webbing (left), the sling pocket (right), is used on all weight vests except the 50 lb.

Durable Webbing Strap Inside
Inside each shoulder strap is a hidden 3" nylon belt (left) which carries the weight and is place above the padding for comfort. The shoulder pad is then stitched multiple times so it will not come apart (right).

Extra Stitching
Again, we show the super stitching patterns we use to secure the shoulder strap from failure (left). (Right) we show an 1 1/2" webbing being inserted in our front adjustment straps for extra holding power.

3" Nylon Webbing
The 3" webbing strap is critical to our superb design (left). After the webbing is stitched in place several times it is then stitched again in the finishing phase (right).

Sling Pocket Reinforcing
At the opening of each pocket behind the main fabric is two layers of nylon reinforcing strap (left). The pocket flap is made of 3" nylon webbing with hook and loop fasteners. The weight compartments are separated to hold the weights firmly in place (right).

Back Strap Reinforcing
Our strap system is reinforced with 1 1/2" webbing for long life (left). What good is a weight vest if you can't breath? Our weight vests have our exclusive breathing straps located in the front shown in thumbnail right.
